1 General Terms

277bet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 277bet and its users.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026. 277bet reserves the right to modify them at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via a platform notice and by email.

277bet services are for personal use only. Use for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. Members accessing the service from jurisdictions where online betting is illegal do so at their own risk.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To register an account with 277bet, you must be 18 years of age or older. Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory. Submitting false details may cause verification issues and result in withdrawal holds.

Each individual may register only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, 277bet reserves the right to close all of them. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

• Provide a valid mobile number and email address at registration — these will be used for verification purposes.
• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure.

• Using another person's account or transferring accounts to others is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

277bet accepts Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300. Deposits are generally credited instantly or within 5 minutes.

277bet does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are the member's responsibility. Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit — an incorrect reference may cause delays.

• Deposits made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited – all payments must be made in your own name.
• 277bet may investigate any transaction flagged as suspicious.
• Source of funds may be verified as needed to prevent money laundering.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Account verification is required to withdraw funds from 277bet. Please ensure your KYC is completed before submitting a withdrawal request. The minimum withdrawal is 500 BDT and the maximum daily withdrawal limit is 50,000 BDT.

Withdrawals via Mobile Pay and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as your original deposit — no exceptions.

• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• 277bet reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours in cases of suspicious activity.
• Additional documentation may be required for large withdrawals.
• An inactivity fee may apply to dormant accounts after 12 months of no activity.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All 277bet bonuses and promotions come with their own terms. Before claiming any bonus, visit the relevant promotions page and read the conditions carefully. As a general rule, every bonus carries a wagering requirement (betting turnover) that must be met before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Welcome bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of x20 to x30. This means a BDT 1,000 bonus would require BDT 20,000 to BDT 30,000 in bets before a withdrawal can be made. Individual promotions may have their own separate terms.

• Each bonus offer can only be used once per account.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire after the set period.

6 Betting Rules & Limits

There are general rules you must follow when betting at 277bet. Minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary by game or market. In live betting, odds can change at any time, and the system will confirm the accepted odds before your bet is placed.

If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error or system fault, 277bet reserves the right to void that bet. Deliberately exploiting technical issues will be treated as fraud.

• When multiple bets are placed on the same event, the highest-risk bet will be taken into consideration.
• Any bet where the outcome is already known in advance will not be accepted.
• 277bet reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet.

• Identity verification is mandatory when claiming a progressive jackpot win.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 277bet. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to conceal or launder illegal funds.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets or playing games using automated software or bots.
• Collusion: Attempting to manipulate outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Chargeback Fraud: Attempting to reclaim deposited funds via a bank chargeback after a withdrawal has been made.
• Account Selling: Selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Hacking: Attempting to hack the system or bypass security measures.
• False Information: Providing a false identity or fraudulent documents during registration or verification.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

277bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the reasons listed below. Members are generally notified via email or SMS before closure, though immediate action may be taken without prior notice in cases of fraud or serious violations.

Members can also request account closure at any time. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, self-exclusion is available, ranging from 6 months to permanent.

• If evidence of Terms & Conditions violations is found.
• If KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are submitted.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• At the member's own request or for responsible gaming reasons.

9 Limitation of Liability

277bet is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems. That said, we always work to keep such disruptions to a minimum and resolve them as quickly as possible.
